Founded in 2024, Wood Property Management grew from firsthand experience serving homeowners associations in the greater Madison area. After more than five years of HOA board service, our founders recognized the need for responsive, accountable, and community-focused property management. Today, we help local boards protect their properties, support homeowners, and build stronger communities.

Meet the Owner, Benjamin Wood
Benjamin Wood founded Wood Property Management with a straightforward goal: to bring genuinely personal, responsive HOA management to the Greater Madison area. Having seen firsthand how large corporate management companies often leave boards frustrated and homeowners underserved, Benjamin set out to build something different — a company where every community gets real attention and real results.
Benjamin brings hands-on experience in property operations, community governance, vendor coordination, and financial oversight. His approach is straightforward: learn each community's unique needs, communicate openly with boards and homeowners, and handle the day-to-day details so residents can enjoy where they live.
Based in Sun Prairie, WI, Benjamin is deeply rooted in the communities he serves. He understands the local market, the local vendors, and — most importantly — the people who call these neighborhoods home.

Bryan Johnson
Business Development Manager
Bryan serves as Business Development Manager for Wood Property Management, helping condominium associations, neighborhood HOAs, developers, and property owners find management solutions tailored to their communities. Bryan leads new-client consultations, evaluates association needs, prepares service proposals, and guides boards through the transition to professional management.
With a relationship-focused approach, Bryan prioritizes clear communication, responsive service, and long-term community success. From the initial conversation through onboarding, Bryan works closely with association leaders to create a smooth, transparent, and welcoming experience.
